Oxmoor Ridge was a new home community that had just broken ground when Circa Marketing produced a complete marketing package to sell the developer’s vision. Working with the architectural style of the yet to be built homes, this site reflected the personality through the use of a Craftsman-inspired theme. In addition to an MLS data feed with the latest finished listings, online customers were also able to view home floorplans, site locations, and gain insight into what the future community would soon resemble.
As part of the branding initiative, Circa Marketing was tasked with the creation of all aspects of the project across all customer contact points. This included on-site signage, yard signs, magazine and newspaper advertising, direct mail post cards, collateral folder including brochure and floorplan PDFs, HTML emails, promotion premiums, and all special event campaign to both realtors and the local home-buying community.
